Although I have installed XP Professional on a number of
machines, this one has me stumped.
I have noticed that 8 times out of 10 when I use the
change profiles function, XP locks up as soon as the new
profile desktop opens up. No mouse, no keyboard,
nothing. It's as though my computer just doesn't know
what to start running.
I wanted stability and I have to admit I'm not pleased
that I'm spending so much time waiting for Windows to
scan my C: drive between uses. Any suggestions?
