Printing envelopes

[Need help]

I have Windows XP and when using Word 2002, I go to the tools menu, pull up letters and mailings, and then go to envelopes and labels. It then opens the envelopes dialogue box, but when I click on the little picture of the address book to open it, I get
a little dialogue box that says: “Logon failed. You must log on to Microsoft Exchange to access you address book. Error code: “Unspecified error.” What do I do to be able to access the addresses I already have in my address book to make printing
of envelopes easy?

Are you using Outlook or Outlook Express for email so that you have your
address book setup correctly?
