Hard drive all turned to Picture Folders

Problem Description: All my folders including my only
hard drive (F), are coming up as "picture folders". You
can change most subfolders back, however, i cant seem to
change f drive and program files or windows folder.
help me please

Aye I get that all the time, its at the top of my list of things that really
annoy me
This will fix it
Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Themes> Folder Options

Click on the View Tab
Click Reset All Folders

but any custom settings for folders you have will be reset

does anyone know how to stop the problem from happening???
