can't type in compose box

on only one specific computer that I access, I can't type
in the compose box in Yahoo. No one else's mailbox will
allow it either. I have already tried updating internet
explorer and downloaded all critical updates from
microsoft. Java is enabled and security is medium. Any
Ideas?
