Foreign Language

I have installed Korean on my computer and have the
ability to type it by changing the keyboard preference
between English and Hangul. That works fine.

The problem I have is viewing it in Outlook Express. The
text of the email is OK but the "From" and "Subject"
information is all garbage characters. Is there something
I am missing in the setup that needs to be checked off?
