Missing needed program

Using Windows XP with a new Dell 2400 Dimension computer (5 weeks now), I
have occasional crashes. Norton Systemworks tells me that I am missing a
needed program-- gapi32.dll.

I have tried the suggestions in the "Owner's Manual" except reloading
Windows XP. What else can I do?

The gapi32.dll file can be found on your Microsoft Office
installation CD.
