I'm having difficulty installing a firewall.
Also, the system keeps shutting down.
Also, I cannot get the Critical Updates to finish
(probably because the System KEEPS SHUTTING DOWN!!!!)

Can you help me, p-l-e-a-s-e?????

Sounds like you have the msblaster worm.

From a post by MVP Kelly Theriot
To stop the reboots: Go to Start/Run and type in: services.msc.
Scroll down to Remote Procedure Call (RPC)/Logon/First Failure/Restart
the Service.

Then close Windows Explorer, End Process in the Task Manager for
msblast.exe, run the edit on line 257 then run the patch listed below
