New program won't work

I just got the Deluxe Bible Collection, but I can't use
it on the computer that I want to use it on, because it
tells me that I need to download the Microsoft Universal
Data Access Engine (MDAC 2.5) from the Windows Update
site. Well, the problem is, the computer that I want to
use the program on, doesen't have an internet connection.
How do I get this update on that computer???

I don't know if this helps, but at least
KB 293312 says how to obtain MDAC 2.5 SP3
