Desk Top Icons

I know how to rearrange my desk top icons. My preference
is to sort by name. My problem is everytime I restart my
computer (after I rearrange by name) the icons go back to
the original settings (position) and I have to resort
(again) by name. How can I always have windows xp sort by
name and stay that way?

Unclick Auto Arrange, Joe,
Then click Align to grid.
