Either contact the maker of your computer for the computer who makes the
sound card and network card to download drivers.

Nathan,
It seems like you need to reinstall your sound card (download a new driver
from the manufacturers website) or check if your drivers are supplied
separately if you have a restore disc.
Your ISP might be able to send you an install CD if you don't know how to
reconfigure the connection yourself, or you could email their support team
for the settings you need to make to set up a connection in My Network
Places.
Explain you use Win XP and they should be able to send you a step-by-step
guide.
Have you a record of your username and password?
Hope this helps,
