About two weeks ago, Photo Editor on my pc (Win XP)
decided it could only be viewed full screen. The middle
button in the top right corner that usually allows you to
adjust a window to the size you want it disappeared. Now,
it's either full screen, or shrunk up on the tool bar
(task manager?). Any thoughts?

While you have it shrunk up on the taskbar, right click taskbar and select
Cascade Windows.

Hello Monty,
Right Click on the Icon/Short Cut that you want to laucn
Go to Properties
Under the Shortcut Tab > From the RUN drop down select "maximized"
These steps will make the window maximized every time you launch it from
that shortcut.
