Photos, etc.

When I try to display photos or graphics, very often I
will get a white "window" with a tiny red X in the upper
left corner. Probably something simple, but ???

In IE, empty Temporary Internet Files folder via Tools>Internet Options... .
If that doesn't fix it, the picture failed to be properly downloaded or is
otherwise inaccessible.
