icons on tool bar disappeared.

Rosa;
Are you talking about Internet Explorer? Open Internet
Explorer/View/Toolbars/click Standard buttons and Address Bar. If that does
not make all your stuff re-appear, try this: View/Toolbars/Customize/find
whatever is missing in the left hand pane and ADD it to the right hand pane.
Or hit the Reset button, experiment a little. There are other options
listed under View.
