Recover files and Folders

Hi Sir

I having the problem to recover files encryption. Hope
somebody can help me.

The user is not longer working already and Hard Disk was
formated. The user certificate no backup. Now only have
recover agent certificate.

I have try to recover follow Windows Help but is not
work...

Hi,

Was the Recovery Agent made in the original installation?

It's really good encryption - with no Certificate or Recovery Agent from the
original installation, you will not be able to recover those files. There is
no workaround or back door for this.
