I went to burn a cd the other day and I was surprised to find out that my computer no longer recognizes that I have a CD RW or even a CD ROM for that matter. I went to the "Device Manager" screen and checked out the properties for it and this is what it to
ld me "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)" I have an XP disc that contains drivers but I can't use it seeing as how my computer won't recognize my disc drive. Can anyone help me?
