Document and Settings folder

Hi, My Docuiments and settings folder say's it has 42 GB of info in it, I've checked all the folders and can't find where all that data is, I'd like to free up some hard drive space, Is it possible that all that data is hidden files, please help, I need th
e hard drive space ... :-)

They are probably temp and internet cache files

Do a disk cleanup
My Computer, right click on C drive / Properties, choose Disk Cleanup,
check the boxes Temporary files and Temporary Internet files
To permanently reduce the size of temp internet files go
Internet Explorer / Tools / Options / Temporary Internet Files
