Up-DATES

I Have Xp and am not able to get auto updates. The option
is grey and cannot be adjusted. I assume there will be
something in the registry to switch this option back on.
Can someone please HELP

The "Automatic Updates" service may be stopped in the Control Panel >
Administrative Tools > Services.
