I am attempting to install 5.0 over 4.7. I have uninstalled 4.7 from windows components in control panel as well as a bat file from Microsoft to remove fragments left behind, but 4.7 just will not go away. When I attempt to install 5.0 I'm prompted only
with a repair option. After the install, I attempt to logon to our internal messaging server and get version conflicts and cannot logon. Can you give me some tips on updating the messenger client? Thanks
