View Full Version : accessing page setup causes Word 2000 to crash but not when user is admin

I'm trying to setup up a standalone computer running
Windows XP Pro with multiple users. I've installed O2K
and have all the updates for O2K and Windows XP.

Word 2000 is giving me trouble, when users with limited
accounts access page setup word crashes. When user
accounts are changed to administrators, then all is
fine. I've tried adding users to Power User group and
have even tried creating a new group with every privilege
that administrators have but that still doesn't work.
Any ideas?

tks

You may want to see if updated printer drivers are available for your
printer? I haven't heard of this one before. You may also want to try in the
Word newsgroups.
