go>start\control panel and double click administrative
tools to open it. Then double click the event viewer. Now
double click the app log on the left side to open it and
then look for any red Xs that correspond to the time of
your problem. Double click on them to open a details
window then take a note of the information here and post
back with any questions you have. This will give us a clue
as to what direction to take to resolve your problem. Keep
