Start Menu has disappeared!!!

Please help me!
I think I don't have the rights of admininstrators
anymore. All my icons in the start menu are gone... Progs
are still where they should be but it is impossible to
link them in the start menu. It seems a serious thing! I
tried all...
Anyone can help me?

Install the fix, then reboot your computer.
