LOOSING DIALING CREDENTIALS

i am loose my msn dialing credentials several times a day.i loose my internet connection and my setting change in internet connections. i usualy have to reset my modem and then i have to go thru the sign up process for msn/qwest. i have changed modems done
several virus scans. reinstalled windows numerous times. nothing seems to help.any help would be greatly appreciated ty.
