How do I let a "Guest" account use dialup in XP?

I have two machines sharring files and internet by a crossover LAN
connection. One can use the modem to call out and the other can
share, but the Guest account cannot activate the modem.
I double click and nothing happens. The Admin accounts work fine on
both machines.
, so it must be a permission or security problem? I had to activate
the guest account because someone likes to tinker with the settings
and dissable the LAN. The modem is set to share connections and
not able to be controlled by another machine.

It is by design. The Guest account can only use an active connection, that
is, one that was activated by another user. The Guest account cannot
connect on its own.

That's the whole point of a "Guest Account"............
If you want "guests" to be able to dial out on their own, just make a
"limited" account, and name it "guest". What's in a name?
