Printer error

I have a laserjet 4l printer and can print from word ok
but whenever I try to print from the Internet I get an
error message :- res://C:\WINDOWS\System32
\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

Has anybody come across this before and do they have an
answer to it.

Any help gratefully received
