runner error

I am getting the message at startup: runner error,
invalid backweb application id "1940576" - how can I fix
this?

Hi Linda,

Start/run msconfig, disable the line loading it on the startup tab. It is an
application commonly supplied in preinstalled machines and is not necessary
for normal operation.
