i need help

i recently recieved an email telling me to go and delete
a certain file- it was a virus. I deleted it and then
recieved another email stating that the previous email
was a hoax. I now need to recover that file. I need to
know, however, what my computers CAB path is. How do I
find this?

Before you panic, have you tried looking in the Recycle Bin and recovering
it from there?

It depends which virus it was referring to, I can't remember the full name
but if it began with a letter *j*and had a teddy bear icon you don't need to
worry System File Protection has probably replaced it and if your not a
programmer you don't really need it.

Preaps now, You won't believe everything you read and do some checking
before deleteing things. It's simple matter to go to any Anti-Virus Website
to verify a possible virus.
