transferring WAB file to new laptop

How do I take the WAB file from my WIN98se home PC and put it in place as
the address book in my laptop with WINXP prof?
obviously there must be a process to convert this file and then import
it......can I include distribution lists too????

You maybe able to copy it to a floppy and then paste it in the laptop.
