Frustration Frustration Frustration!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a legal new Windows pacage XP Pro.
Loaded it fine , no problem. Purchesde Norton INS 2003,
and loaded that from their site. DID NOT WORK!!
Norton adised to Reinstall XP. NO GOOD.
Formatted Drive, relaoded XP.......Refused!!! Windows
would not allow me to configure it because I had "Used"
the product TOO MUCH......what in 6 weeks???
I need to get my product Re Activated.........HOW??????
I Cannot EVERr get an answer from Microsoft UK. After 10
minutes holding I am automatically disconnected (great
Idea I do not Think) On line help asks me for my Product
ID (NOT Key), but I need to have XP loaded to find
this????. I have had to reload Windows 98 to use my
system, I cannot contact Microsoft by e mail as I do not
have the ID, it all seems designed to frustrate simple
people. ANYONE out there who has a simple E mail
address for Microsoft UK, or a way to get my product
activated......I will be for ever indebted to you.
Oh PS. I cancelled my Norton order as it was cheaper and
easier to purchase the product direct from a
store.....Thier help was quite limited and also they have
so many barriers to just ask for help or complain. What a
joke that the only contact for my problems was
the "Refund" department. I was a happy Windows user for
years untill last week!!!
Thanks
Stuart

The Product ID Key is totally different from the License
Key on the side of your case.
