How can i stop the wizard from loading a device driver? It will load a driver before i can install a updated video driver. I remove it but it still loads the driver on start up and i cant cleanly install the driver i want.

Boot into Safe Mode - you should be able to stop the install of the old
driver. The new driver can be installed here too.
