slow PC problem

Hello friends.

My PC is running very slow in th last few days. I went into the Task Manager
and found that the svchost.exe was running and so was kazaa.

Then I stopped these processes and but PC is still very slow. Any toools
out there or any suggesions I can get from you guys on how to troubleshoot
and find out why My PC(running WinXP) is so very slow?

Denis,
After running a full up- to- date anti-virus scan, check that Kazaa is not
sharing more than 3 folders in the options.
Better yet, uninstall it, run Ad Aware, then install Kazaalite. But keep
sharing to 3 folders max even so.
SVC host is a legitimate XP process - you might see several running.
