Rundll32.exe can sometimes show more than once in Task Manager. Is this
anything to be worried about?

Lindsay,
Rundll32.exe is a file which can run a function within a DLL file [say =
Rundll32.exe filename.dll,functionofDLL]. We don't know which DLL it's =
executing currently. While the Rundll32.exe is a system file, the actual =
DLL may/may not be a system file. It's a good idea to scan for spyware =
and inspect the Startup locations.=20
