Here is the Outlook Express message rule that I have used for almost a
week now with 100% success. I have this rule as the first one in my
rules sequence:

Where the message body contains 'This is the qmail program'
or 'Undelivered message to'
or 'I'm sorry to have to inform you that I wasn't able'
or 'I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message'
or 'Undeliverable mail to'
or 'all known security vulnerabilities'
or 'Undelivered mail to'
or 'Undeliverable message to'
or 'I'm sorry I wasn't able to deliver your message'
or 'Undeliverable to'
or 'I'm afraid the message returned below'
or 'Undelivered to'
or 'An e-mail delivered to you contained a virus'
Delete it
and Stop processing more rules

This is from a recent post of yours; any idea of what the equivalent
filters might be in Netscape? I'h hate to have to hand copy this stuff
over to it.

Hi,
that is interesting. Question: do you enter all these items in the same rule
with quotations, and separated by OR ?
Or do you enter each one per rule.
