windows update active x?

when i try to use windows update i get a message that
says active x controls prohibit veiwing on this website
and wupage says administrators only help me!!!

Hi,

You can modify this setting in Internet explorer. click
on Tools | Options and click on the Security tab and then
click on the "Custom Level" button. Scroll down and
enable signed active x controls.

If your Internet explorer settings are locked then you
will have to contact your administrator.
