I have 4 users on my computer including Guest. When someone on my computer changes their personal settings, the settings for the other 3 change as well. How do I stop this linking accounts?

The only places that accounts should be linked are in the actual =
installed progams, and the locations for their shortcuts. The shortcuts =
that apply to all users are in:

Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu
Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop

If you need to, copy the shortcuts that you don't want removed to =
Documents and Settings\<Username>\Start Menu (or Desktop)=20
