internet explorer: cannot display page

hi
i am having problems accessin ertain web pages. i am able
to connect to the internet and most pages like yahoo or
msn work. but when i try to access hotmail or a bank site
by entering my user/password info i get a :cannot display
page message
please help

Turn your cookies ON and see if that doesn't help.
