I recently had this same parasite invade my pc. It turns
out this comes from 180 solutions. There is an uninstall
for this which shows up in Add/Remove programs. Uninstall
this annoynace here. It will link to the website you need
and download the app needed to uninstall it. Keep it
around just in case. I had to do this song and dance twice
before it finally went away

I'll second that, no way in hell I'd trust an uninstall app from a company that originally installed, created, or uses the spyware
to begin with.
