Scanner Problemss??

My Scanner works fine but there is one problem???

My scanner is not listed in the scanners and cameras???

I am using a Colorado 9600 USB Scanner. Any help would appreciated

The scanner will only list in Scanners and Cameras if it is compatible with
the WIA (Windows Image Acquisition) component. Some scanners are compatible
with both. Others with just one or the other. As long as the scanner is
working with its own software, use that interface instead of Scanners and
Cameras.

Are you using the Win2000 drivers for this scanner? Maybe XP gets their =
information from them, since it is USB connected.=20
