When DVD is inserted inthe DVD - ROM nothing happes and does not play it. The drive plays VCD's OR mp3's.
I have the latest drivers for XP OS.
I use WINDvd and have the latest drivers.
When I try to play it manually, Messag box shows, Please insert a disk into drive E:
My Computer recognizes the drive as a DVD Drive (E:)
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
