Can't change the way menus are displayed

Put your XP disk in the drive and when the autoplay screen
comes up then click the X to close out of it. Now
go>start\run and type in sfc /scannow and the system will
scan for missing or corrupt OS files and replace them with
the originals off the disk. Be sure to put the space after
sfc and before the / Good luck.

Thanks for the idea. I did as you suggested but no soap.
Any more ideas?
