File History

Just curious as to how to delete all those annoying files
that the media player keeps in the file menu. I know
that certain players have a delete history option but i
cannot find this option on the xp media player. Thanks
in advance.....Ken

For windows media player ver 9, you can do the following:
1. go to the tools\options in the menu
2. select the Privacy tab.
3. In the History, you can select 'clear history' or you can disbale saving
of file history alltogether by unchecking the box.
