MS KB Q822925 install problem

I am trying to install a windows security update q822925. The file downloads
but when I try to install I get the following error message C:\ file
location here\q822925.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

I am running a new PC pre installed XP Home o/s.

My IE is Version 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp1.020828-1920 if this helps with the
diagnostic

Hi

Did you use a Download Manger to download this file? If so it may have =
become corrupted. If you didn't use a DM, delete the file that you have =
and re-download it to see if that helps.
