The only way I know of would be some external 3rd party
software. You can by battery backups that can schedule
your computer to shut down. I dont know how you're
starting it automatically without some other application,
so i think you should probably just get some 3rd party
software.

the command line shutdown.exe may be able to do it.
If you prefer scripting, you can try the WMI win32_OperatingSystem class.
