In 'outlook express' when I go to 'tools' 'windows
messenger' and 'my online status' are greyed out.
In 'internet explorer' 'messenger' in the 'tools' menu is
ok. i have tried different messenger approaches in
options menu for OE and windows messenger but nothing
changes. Any advice would be appreciated.
