I have been having problems with printing. The page is incomplete. About every 5th line is partially printed. Some of the lines and characters cannot be read. I have tried to install new drivers but nothing seems to work. I have an HP Pavalion MX70 wi
th XP operating system. How cn I tell I have the right drivers. The one shown is Version 5.1.2600.1106, copyright 1996-2000 Microsofy Corp. GPD File Name HPVD 82E.GPD; GPD Version 1.0. Is this enough information. Can anyone help.

Uninstall and reinstall. Even if the driver versions are correct, they can
get corrupted.
