Continuous Boot Loop

Need help to figure this out. I am trying to boot my XP
Pro system and it keeps cycling through the POST test
gets to the XP (with the blue scrolling bar) then keeps
dropping back to the POST tests.

Can anyone point me in the direction to get a solution to
this problem.

(Nothing new has been installed)

Hi,
have you tried the same in safe mode?
if that fails try repair install:-
