Win32 on startup or logon

Hope someone can help! Every time I restart or log on to
my computer the Win32 file opens automatically and I have
to close it out. May seem silly but very annoying! How
do I keep this file from opening??????

Kelly has a fix for the system32 folder opening upon boot, which
happens fairly frequently. Sure you mean win32?
Line 260, right, but of course don't use if this isn't your problem.
