Help w/Scanner needed

I have windows XP, but can not use my scanner and fax
now. Printer is functional, but don't know how to
install my scanner program.

As with any device, you first install the device driver and run the setup
program. These things should be supplied with your scanner. If not, download
them from the scanner manufacturer.
