User Defined Paper Size

I had several user defined paper sizes on my machine but
it crashed and I had to do a format/re install and I lost
those custom sizes. For the life of me, I can not
remember how I created them and I can not find the
procedure.

In the Control Panel, click on Printers & Faxes.

From the Toolbar, select File, Server Properties..... it's the Forms tab.
