Information on XP BUG

I activation of Output Express I get a "serious error....." & send the info
to Microsoft. Since I retired as a programmer I have additional information
that I can send to Miocrosoft that might help. It is possible that I can
duplicate the error. If it is possible to duplicate an error it is
the programmers best friend. Is there an address that I
can use to send that info........marvo

Can you duplicate it on a different system? (different hardware) ?

When my memory was defective in my old system, it was easy for me to
duplicate many crashes :) (I'm sort of joking here, I'm not trying to say
you aren't on to something)
