Reading text aloud .... text to speech features

WinXP HomeEdition has built-in ability for text to speech. In other words,
I undertand that it can verbally read dialog boxes to you.

Where do you go to find that ability? I tried Programs....Accessories but
could not find it there.

any ideas?

In should be in Programs>>Accessories>>Accessibility, if not goto the
Control Panel>>Add/Remove Programs>>Add/Remove Windows Compoents, then add
it.
